The Situation – a unique location

The clients had subdivided their land and wished to build a townhouse on the rear of the property. Getting the plans through council was always going to be the biggest hurdle, so the clients were fully prepared to jump through as many hoops as needed. As predicted, objections from neighbours were received. The clients went to VCAT and eventually found a compromise by reducing the number of bedrooms

The Solution – no compromise on standards

With such an iconic location, the clients were adamant that the townhouse would be fitted with high end electrical, data and audio visual components. Peninsula Sparky installed lighting controls, architectural grade fixtures & fittings and LEDs throughout

The result – luxury and liveability

The end result was a high end townhouse with all the luxuries expected in modern city living. The lighting was suited perfectly to the environment. The lighting control system had a touch screen in which scenes were programmed for various occasions and the technology allowed TV, audio and video to be in each room of the house
